Fox Hill Gardens Retail Sales Policy 3/22/20
Effective 3/23/20 until further notice, Fox Hill Gardens will implement a pickup-only policy for all retail sales. Customers may browse our availability lists online or call for more specific details about what we currently carry and pricing. We can send a limited amount of pictures of the actual plant being purchased, but material must be accepted sight unseen. Nursery staff will pick the best specimens of whatever is ordered on a first-come-first-served basis. Payment may only be accepted by credit or debit card over the phone. All payment information information will be destroyed after use. Plants will be set out at a specified pickup area with credit card receipt and a copy of our guarantee policy once they are paid for. Loading is the customer’s responsibility. All sales are final and no special ordering is available at this time.
Delivery is also an available option. Please call for pricing.
Our landscape crew is pausing all operations including spring clean-up, delivery/planting service, mulching, removals, consultations, designs and new installations. We are happy to correspond with you about your project requests. Begin planning with us now–so that we can jump back into action as soon as it’s allowable and safe. We encourage you to take this time to dream about your landscape. Walk around your yard, make lists of questions and ideas, take photos of your landscape. Enjoy the arrival of spring.
If you had already booked us for spring clean-up services, know that we will be in touch once “non-life-sustaining businesses” are again allowed to operate. If you have questions in the meantime, don’t hesitate to reach out.
